The Leader of the Opposition (Greek: Αρχηγός της Αξιωματικής Αντιπολίτευσης) is the politician who leads the official Opposition in Greece.
The Leader of the Opposition is normally the leader of the largest party not within the government, which is usually the second largest political party in the Parliament of the Hellenes.
Currently there is no Leader of the Opposition since all parties in the Parliament supports the government of Lucas Papademos. The last Leader of the Opposition was Antonis Samaras, M.P.,[1] Leader of the New Democracy.
